The Team Excellence Award recognizes teams who produce a product or service that improves external or internal customer service, enhances the customer experience on Metro-North, and/or improves safety, productivity, and the workplace environment. The product or service they provide as a team should be the result of excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Team Excellence Award nominations can include transformed departments. However, your nomination must include groups from more than one department, also known as inter-departmental teams, such as departments from more than one division OR several departments from within one division. Please be sure to include all the departments involved in the project or effort being nominated.
